QHHT and BQH are just several techniques available to help one dig within his or her psyche to find information needed to understand one’s place in the world. It is also a means to understand our ancestors and their struggles, which we have ultimately inherited. I have a strong belief that many of us are here to break generational trauma and clear the way for future generations. There are others who have questions about experiences in history, and they are given access to view those experiences through the eyes of those who lived through those experiences. I was granted access to view the Resurrection through the eyes of Mary Magdalene. This is just one of many self-regressions I have recorded but have yet to share.
